These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Merchant", "you") and Ferreira Leal Tecnologia ("ChargeShield", "we", "us") governing your use of the ChargeShield Shopify application and related services.
By installing ChargeShield through the Shopify App Store or directly, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

ChargeShield offers the following subscription plans, billed monthly through Shopify's Billing API:
All plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. Billing is handled by Shopify and subject to Shopify's billing policies.
A "dispute" is counted when ChargeShield receives and processes a chargeback notification for your store, regardless of whether evidence is submitted through ChargeShield or another method.

Your use of ChargeShield is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You grant ChargeShield a limited license to access and process your store data, order information, and customer data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
ChargeShield and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ferreira Leal Tecnologia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to ChargeShield, including your store data and any modifications you make to AI-generated content.
ChargeShield is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ferreira Leal Tecnologia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ferreira Leal Tecnologia, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your subscription at any time by uninstalling ChargeShield from your Shopify store. Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.
